Strategic Response Team Competes

The Athens-Clarke County Police Department’s Strategic Response Team (SRT) was one of seven teams from Georgia, Virginia, Illinois, Florida, Kentucky, and Mississippi participating in the 15th Annual Southeastern SWAT Competition held in Spartanburg, SC.
The ACCPD team won 2nd place Overall by placing 1st in Shotgun Rock, 1st in Clear and Advance, 3rd in Pistol Shoot Off, 3rd in Two Man Challenge, and 3rd in Officer Down Rescue.
